Kasumi – Dead or Alive 6

When I saw Kasumi’s new design for DOA 6, I knew I had to make it!  I had been wanting to cosplay from Dead or Alive for so long, and this was the perfect opportunity!

Construction Notes:

The bodysuit was made using McCall’s bodysuit pattern made by Yaya Han which I heavily altered.  I used EVA foam covered in vinyl fabric for the chest and hip armor which the leg armor was just EVA foam covered in Plastidip and painted.  All the gold detailing is mirror backed acrylic. To get the silver pattern on the blue sections of the bodysuit, I laser engraved the blue Ultrapreme fabric from the Yaya Han collection with a laser cutter.
