Sheik is the second costume I made right after Midna! I wanted to create a character that held a lot of significance for me, and Sheik was always one of my favorite characters growing up. It was always remain one of my favorite costumes and hold a very special place in my heart for helping to launch me into cosplay and costume making.
Construction Notes:
Sheik was my first time dabbling with thermoplastics! I used Wonderflex to construct the armor, the shirt, hat, scarf, and torso piece were made using cheap fabrics and the shirt was painted with acrylic paints. I wore leggings and a leotard for the bottom layer and used a fishnet bodysuit for the chainmail effect.
